Upon verifying I see your concern is towards the Geforce Now game Genshin Impact on a Linux based device. So everyone who isnt on Windows is screwed. Please note the game on Geforce Now is currently avaialble to play only via Windows platform and not avaialble on Linux From what I gather, its supported in Chrome. ![]() I was curious what users experiences has been with NVIDIAs GeForce NOW service. Observing increased queue times for Free Users in most GeForce NOW regions due to increased service demand. They forwarded everything I told them to the Linux Support team and will sent me an email if they find what the problem is. Ive been running Proton on an Ubuntu host for about a year now and its exceeded my expectations by a mile, but many games I want to play are still not adequately supported that may work with this proverbial crutch. For now, users can try to launch the game again and it may work normally. Im talking about the service thats on the Nvidia Shield. Any ideas why Genshin(and only Genshin, all other games show up even on Linux!!!) isnt showing up for me?Įdit: I talked to the Nvidia Support about this. Any chance we see Nvidia Shields Geforce Now service come to linux They have Geforce Now for Mac but thats were you pay 25 for 20 hours. I booted up a Windows VM with Chrome and after a bit of hassle it shows Genshin but why not on any other device/OS? They even brag that Geforce Now enables Low Spec PCs,Mac and Chromebooks access to all kind of games. Tried spoofing the User Agent to Chrome on Windows/ChromeOS and even Safari but still no luck. With virtualization enabled, GeForce customers on a Linux host PC can now enable GeForce GPU passthrough on a virtual Windows guest OS. Genshin Impact isnt showing up in my library(also not in the Android App). NOTE: This workaround no longer works!
